Born and raised Southern Thailand, growing up in her mother’s restaurant Wandee did her part, helping cook for the customers. Wandee left her home town Nakhon Si Thamarat to study Journalism in Bangkok.
Wandee is well-travelled with much time spent in South-East Asia, Europe and North America – the foundations for her cooking class. During her travels she worked as a cook in several countries. After her many years as a journalist, writing about food and culture, Wandee would often think back about the times spent cooking and teaching Thai food for many of her travelling friends. It was this experience and constant memories which inspired her to create her own cooking class.
Born and raised in Krabi, Moving back to Khaolak after spent her time working in the restaurant in Bangkok. She get introduced to Wandee by her cousin after return to her home town, Taimuang.(A small charming fisherman village located 30 Kms away from Khaolak.
Rose is an expert of traditional Southern Thai cuisine especially Phang Nga as well as Barakkan Food . She is a service minded and very informative person. You can meet Rose very often during the green season.
With 6 years’ experience in Thai and European restaurants, Sat can offer you and array of delicious dishes. She is a peaceful, friendly, talented and an extremely accommodating cook who is able to create a variety of meals from just 1 banana flower! Meet her at our cooking school
